The concept is simple…allow teachers to teach and players to practice all elements of the game at any time in any weather.  The PPC building is 40ft x 40ft offering plenty of space for group lessons.  There are three hitting bays with full size garage doors oriented out to your range with full swing synthetic turf across the entire hitting bay entrance.  The remainder of the PPC floor consists of the latest state of the art synthetic putting green turf.  PPC offers all of this and more…

Putting practice…newest technology synthetic turf putting green at any speed desired. Multiple cups for multiple teaching stations.

Chipping/pitching practice…the putting green surface is top dressed allowing for perfect spin/ball reaction on chips and pitches from full swing turf.

Full swing practice…see full ball flight on full swing shots out to your range from state of the art full swing synthetic turf across the three hitting bays.

After our sales team with over 50 years of golf industry experience determines your needs, our synthetic turf putting green installation crew (8 years of experience) and our building construction crew (14 years experience) will be scheduled to visit your facility to completely install/build your Professional Practice Center.

What makes the building itself so unique?

There are two key products.  The building material is an extremely unique heavyweight woven nylon polymer fabric.  Similar fabric is commonly used for indoor golf domes.  The fabric lets natural light shine through, providing an exceptionally bright interior atmosphere. The fabric does not allow harmful UV rays through, is waterproof and has tremendous rip and tear strength. This fabric reduces the conduction of heat and cold, ensuring a building that is warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.  The fabric is assembled over premium galvanized steel framework.  The building is pre-designed to exceed all of your local building codes for wind and snow (if applicable) ratings.

How about the PPC synthetic turf putting green and tee line floor?

Our experienced crew will utilize the same installation technique and the same latest technology synthetic turf already used at the homes of over 100 PGA Tour Players, including 6 of the top 10 players in the world.  Our putting green crew has installed countless greens all over the country for many years.

Do I need a building permit?

Building codes vary from city to city, county to county, state to state.  If you are not aware already, simply check in with your city or county.  If a building permit is required, simply provide us your zip code. We do the rest!  Your building is pre-designed to exceed all of your local building codes for wind load and snow load (if applicable) ratings.

How about electric service, heating and cooling for the building?

Heating and cooling options for your PPC building are available at an extra charge. Needs vary greatly from one area of the country to the next, from one customer to the next.  We have many heating and cooling options available. Law requires electric service/installation be done by a contractor who is licensed in your area.

How about lead time, shipping and warranty?

Typically between procurement of all materials and scheduling of our crews, lead time is 4-6 weeks.  Freight estimates are available upon request.  There is a one year warranty on all PPC labor and materials.  Please note, this warranty does not include an act of God or any weather related damage.

What is the cost for PPC?
